What does the TYPO3 WhatsApp extension do?
Visitors start a WhatsApp conversation, share messages or join a WhatsApp group from your TYPO3 website with a single click. You can add a chat box for each agent, with profile image, job title and button option, and pick colours to match your brand. When visitors send a message, they are redirected to WhatsApp web or the app, depending on their device.
What can I configure for the chat button and agents?
You can show the chat button status, place the button at the bottom left or bottom right, and set the icon margin separately for mobile, tablet and desktop. Each agent profile can be customised by working hours, daily roster, avatar, name tag and job title, so visitors see who they are about to contact.
How many domains does a licence cover?
One licence covers one production domain, including its subdomains. Staging, development and local installs are free. For more sites, choose the licence for up to 3 or up to 10 domains. Details: Buying and Licences FAQ.
How do I install and update it?
