Please read these Buyer Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or downloading any product from T3Planet. By purchasing, downloading, or using any T3Planet product, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.

License Overview

When you purchase or activate a T3Planet product, you receive a license key. This license key is required to:

Activate the product
Receive updates
Access developer support
Use one-click installation via our license management module

Each license key is issued for the license type you purchased or activated and must be used via our official ns_license module inside your TYPO3 backend.

You may use the license on:

Your own website
Your client's website, if you developed the site

Sharing your license key with third parties is strictly not permitted.

Free Trial License

T3Planet offers a free trial for all extensions and templates in our catalogue. The trial is available to any registered user and requires no credit card.

How the Trial Works

Fill the trial form on any product page to receive your license key instantly
Activate the key in the ns_license module inside your TYPO3 backend
The trial provides access to the full product - not a limited or stripped-down version
The trial runs for a limited period, after which a purchase is required to continue use.

Trial Conditions

One trial per product per domain - multiple trials for the same product on the same domain are not permitted
Trial license keys are non-transferable and may not be shared with third parties
Trial domains are subject to the same domain management rules as paid licenses
Domains can be managed self-serve inside the ns_license module during the trial period
Upon expiry, the product will become inactive until a paid license is purchased and activated
Trial licenses do not include priority support or guaranteed response times
T3Planet reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time
T3Planet reserve the right to suspend or terminate licenses without notice in case of violation of these terms.

After the Trial

When your trial expires, you will be prompted to purchase a paid license to continue using the product. All data and configuration created during the trial period will remain intact upon activation of a paid license.

Purchasing a paid license after a trial does not entitle the user to a refund for any portion of the trial period.

License Validity and Support

Product usage is lifetime
Updates and support are provided according to your license type
Licenses are valid for one year for updates and support, unless stated otherwise
An active license is required to receive:
- Product updates
- Technical support

You may continue using the product after the support period ends, but updates and support will no longer be available unless the license is renewed.

Trial License

Free to activate - no credit card required
Valid for a limited period on one domain
Includes full product features - not a demo version
Not eligible for premium support or guaranteed response times
Automatically expires - no manual cancellation required
One trial per product per domain

Single-Domain License

Use the product on one domain only
Works on live, staging & local of the same root domain
To use the product on a different domain, a new license must be purchased

3-Domain License

Use the product on up to 3 domains
Domains may belong to you or your clients

5-Domain License

Use the product on up to 5 domains

15-Domain License

Use the product on up to 15 domains

Subscription Models

Annual License

1 year of updates and support
Product remains usable for life after the subscription ends
No automatic renewal
After one year, updates and support end unless the license is renewed

Lifetime License

One-time payment
Lifetime updates and support for LTS versions
No recurring fees

Email Communication

T3Planet may send emails related to:

Product updates
New releases
Trial status and expiry notifications
Promotions or offers

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Transactional emails related to your license, trial status, and account activity cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

Copyright and Usage Rights

All products sold or distributed on T3Planet are protected by copyright.

You may not:

Copy or redistribute products
Share source code with third parties
Use parts of our code in other products
Resell or publish our products without explicit written permission

All intellectual property rights remain with T3Planet.

Modifications

You are permitted to modify our products to fit your project needs, provided the modifications are used within the scope of your purchased or activated license type. Modified products may not be redistributed or resold.

Intellectual Property

All products are the intellectual property of T3Planet under NITSAN - The TYPO3 Agency

You may:

Modify products for your own use

You may not:

Redistribute or resell
Share source code

Warranty Disclaimer

All products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

We do not guarantee compatibility with all TYPO3 versions
Compatibility with third-party extensions is not guaranteed
This applies equally to trial and paid licenses
No implied warranties are provided

Refund Policy

If you believe a purchased product is not right for you, you may request a refund within 15 days of the purchase date.

Refund Conditions

Refund requests must be submitted via our support ticket system
You must explain the reason for the refund
You must allow our support team to attempt to resolve the issue before a refund is approved
The license must be deactivated before the refund is processed

Refund Limitations

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

The free trial was available and used prior to purchase, and the issue was present or discoverable during the trial period
Issues are caused by third-party extensions, custom code, or conflicts outside T3Planet's product scope
The refund request is submitted after 15 days from the purchase date
The product has been significantly modified by the purchaser
Refunds exclude any transaction fees and currency conversion charges applied by payment providers.

Support Hours

Our standard support hours are:

Monday to Friday
09:00 AM to 07:00 PM CEST

Response times:

Within business hours: 12–24 hours
Outside business hours: up to 48 hours

Trial licenses do not include guaranteed support response times. Support for trial users is provided on a best-effort basis.

Priority Support

If you require faster response times and dedicated handling, Priority Support hours are available for purchase at t3planet.de/en/support

Limitation of Liability

T3Planet is not responsible for:

Errors or interruptions on the website or in the license management system
Product downtime or service delays
Loss of data or business caused by product usage
Compatibility issues with third-party systems or extensions
Events beyond our reasonable control
Use of our products - whether during a trial period or under a paid license - is entirely at your own risk.

Payments

By making a purchase, you confirm that:

All payment information provided is accurate and complete
You are authorized to use the payment method provided
All applicable charges, including taxes and fees, will be paid in full

Third Party Service Availability (AI Services)

For any SaaS or cloud-based services (including AI features):

Service availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted
Features may evolve or change over time
Outputs generated by AI systems are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete

Users are responsible for verifying outputs before use.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Buyer Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, or legal requirements. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of T3Planet products or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

TYPO3 is a registered trademark of the TYPO3 Association.

T3Planet operates independently and references the TYPO3 name solely to indicate compatibility with and support for the TYPO3 ecosystem. We fully respect and comply with all TYPO3 trademark guidelines.
