Please read these Buyer Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or downloading any product from T3Planet. By purchasing, downloading, or using any T3Planet product, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.

When you purchase a T3Planet product, you receive a license key. This license key is required to:

• Activate the product
• Receive updates
• Access developer support
• Use one-click installation via our license management module

Each license key is issued for the license type you purchased and must be activated using our official license system.

You may use the license:

• On your own website
• On your client’s website (if you developed the site)

You may also request access for:

• Development domains
• Staging or testing environments

For dev or staging access, please contact our support team.

Sharing your license key with third parties is not allowed.

• Product usage is lifetime
• Updates and support are provided according to your license type
• Licenses are valid for one year for updates and support unless stated otherwise

An active license is required to receive:

• Product updates
• Technical support

You may continue using the product after the support period ends, but updates and support will no longer be available unless the license is renewed.

Single-Domain License

• Use the product on one domain only
• Includes sub-domains of the same domain
• If you want to use the product on another domain, you must purchase a new license

3-Domain License

• Use the product on up to 3 domains
• Domains may belong to you or your clients

5-Domain License

• Use the product on up to 5 domains

15-Domain License

• Use the product on up to 15 domains

Annual License

• 1 year of updates and support
• Product remains usable for life
• No automatic renewal
• After one year, updates and support end unless renewed

Lifetime License

• One-time payment
• Lifetime updates and support for LTS
• No recurring fees

T3Planet may send emails related to:

• Product updates
• New releases
• Promotions or offers

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

All products sold on T3Planet are protected by copyright.

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute products
• Share source code
• Use parts of our code in other products
• Resell or publish our products without permission

All rights remain with T3Planet.

You are allowed to modify our products to fit your needs, as long as this follows the license type you purchased.

All products are provided “as is”.

• We do not guarantee compatibility with all TYPO3 versions
• Compatibility with third-party extensions is not guaranteed
• No implied warranties are provided

If you believe a product is not right for you, you may request a refund within 45 days of purchase.

Refund Conditions

• Refund requests must be submitted via our support ticket system
• You must explain the reason for the refund
• You must allow our support team to try resolving the issue first
• The license must be deactivated before the refund is processed

Refund Limitations

Refunds are not provided if:

• The product was purchased only for evaluation
• Issues are caused by third-party extensions or conflicts

Refunds exclude transaction and currency conversion fees.

No refunds are issued after 15 days from the purchase date.

Our support hours are:

• Monday to Friday
• 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM (CEST)

Response times:

• Within business hours: 12–24 hours
• Outside business hours: up to 48 hours

Priority Support

If you need faster response and handling, you can purchase Priority Support hours from here.

T3Planet is not responsible for:

• Errors or interruptions on the website
• Product downtime or service delays
• Loss caused by product usage
• Compatibility issues
• Events beyond our control

Use of our products is at your own risk.

By making a purchase, you confirm that:

• Payment information is correct
• You are authorized to use the payment method
• All charges, including taxes, will be paid in full

We may update these Buyer Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Any changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
