Buying and Licences

Yes. Every premium extension, template and AI product comes with a 30-day free trial. Start it with "Start Free Trial" on the product page, or in your TYPO3 backend under System > T3Planet Shop > Get New License. The trial uses the same activation as a paid licence. When the 30 days end, access pauses until you buy a licence.

CKEditor Pack is the one exception: its premium features are trialled through CKEditor's own portal.

Yes. Every premium purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Request it within 30 days of purchase in a support ticket. The conditions are listed under Billing and Refunds.

Each premium product is an annual subscription for one production domain, including its subdomains. It covers the product, every update released during the term, support with a reply within 1 business day, and a dedicated support manager who knows your projects.

Your subscription will auto-renew each year until cancelled. If it ends, the installed product keeps working on your site; updates and support stop until you renew.

Licences come in three published tiers:

  • Single: 1 production domain, at the list price
  • Multi 3: up to 3 production domains, at twice the list price
  • Multi 10: up to 10 production domains, at four times the list price

Staging, development and local installs are free and never counted. Need a different number, such as 7 or 15 domains? Tell us how many: we price the order for your count, not rounded up to the next tier.

Only for the production domains where you use the product's features. You can whitelist the other domains of the same installation in System > T3Planet Shop at no cost; the product simply stays inactive on them.

One TYPO3 installation served across several language domains, with one backend and one site tree, counts as one domain.

Yes. Moving to a higher tier during your term costs the difference, pro-rated to the remaining term. You then add and manage the extra domains yourself in T3Planet Shop. Unused domains are not refunded.

You do it yourself in your TYPO3 backend: deactivate the licence on the old domain in System > T3Planet Shop, then activate it on the new one. You can add staging, development and production domains there at any time, without contacting us. Enter domains without http:// or https://.

Guides: deactivating a licence and managing domains.

A licence covers production domains your organisation owns. If you license products for domains your clients own, our Partner Program is made for that. It adds licence transfer between client projects, consolidated invoicing and a discount of 10%, 15% or 20% on subscriptions, depending on your annual spend.

In the T3Planet customer portal you can buy and renew licences, check your order status under Subscription and download or print invoices under Invoice. Activating licences and managing domains happens in your TYPO3 backend, in System > T3Planet Shop.
