Can you install an extension for me?
Yes. Our installation service costs €49 per extension. Order it with your extension, or later in a support ticket.
Can you set up my template?
Yes. When you buy a template, you can add a setup package at checkout: Basic (2 hours, +€100), Standard (4 hours, +€200) or Full (8 hours, +€400). The setup add-on is only available at checkout.

Can you customize a template to our design?
Yes. Template customization comes in packages of developer hours: Starter (5 hours, €249), Standard (10 hours, €479), Professional (20 hours, €899), Agency (40 hours, €1,699) or a custom package. Each one includes a dedicated developer, a project manager, an hours report and 25 days of support after delivery. Details: template customization.
Can you customize an extension?
Yes. Extension customization starts at €299; the packages are listed on our extension customization page. As with templates, you work with a dedicated developer and get 25 days of support after delivery.
Can you upgrade our TYPO3 website?
Yes. Send us TYPO3 backend access, or your list of installed extensions plus your current TYPO3 version, and you get a free pre-assessment within one business day. We confirm the quote in writing before any work starts. We usually upgrade to the current LTS, TYPO3 v14, unless an extension blocks it; then we move to v13.
How do you work on our live website?
We never work on your live system directly. The process has four steps:
- Staging first: we set up a separate staging copy, or use yours.
- Work and test on staging: upgrade, migration and compatibility checks.
- Your review: you approve the result on staging.
- Go-live: we deploy to production only after your approval.
If you already run a Git-based deployment pipeline, we work with it.
