Premium T3Planet extensions and templates check their licence key against our licence server. That check sends two things: the licence key and the domain it runs on. It sends no content, no personal data from your website, no server details and no usage data.

AI Foundation is different: it is free and open source, needs no licence key and makes no licence call at all.

AI Foundation makes no licence call. With your own API keys, which is the default, it sends us nothing: no content, no prompts, no images, no IP addresses, no telemetry. Your content goes from your server straight to the AI provider you choose. Only if you opt into AI Credits are your AI requests routed through T3Planet; the AVV for that is available on request. We use your account and order data to process your order, deliver and activate your licences, provide support and send you service messages about your orders. If you agree, we also send you information about our products. Details are in our privacy policy.

We protect the account, order and licence data you give us with technical and organisational measures: access is limited to the staff who need it, we verify identities before releasing account information, and all data transfers are encrypted (TLS). Please keep your account password to yourself.

Yes, on request. AI Credits routes your AI requests through T3Planet to AI providers, so ask us for the AVV in a support ticket before you use it with personal data. AI Credits is optional: with your own API keys, your content goes straight to your provider and no T3Planet server is in the path.
