Our demo install's fileadmin from chat: which images and PDFs have messy names and which are not used on any page, checked in file fields and in links in text, then two images renamed so they stay on their pages. Plus a review folder, an import from a URL and the way back.

What does this video show?

Why does the PDF count as used?

No file field holds it, but a text on the Manuals and downloads page links it. The check read both file fields and links in text.

Why is the file name in the video different from the post?

Each run lets the assistant choose the new name. In this recording it chose e-bike-range-hero.jpg; the post describes an earlier run on the same demo.
