Within the TYPO3 ecosystem, NITSAN is an established consulting and service provider supporting TYPO3-based projects. Because both brands operate in the same ecosystem, we clearly explain how the relationship works.

T3Planet operates as the product-focused division created and owned by NITSAN, with a clear focus on developing and distributing TYPO3 extensions, templates, and AI products.
While T3Planet is owned by NITSAN, both brands are operated independently with clearly separated responsibilities.

Independent Operations

T3Planet and NITSAN operate as separate and independent entities.

  • Separate websites and platforms
  • Separate product and service offerings
  • Separate contracts and commercial relationships
  • Separate internal systems and access rights

There is no shared customer handling between the two brands.

Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

T3Planet acts as an independent data controller under GDPR (DSGVO).

This means:

  • All data collected on t3planet.de is processed only by T3Planet
  • User, customer, and reseller data is stored within T3Planet-managed systems
  • Data is not shared, transferred, or synchronized with NITSAN
  • There is no internal access to customer data by any other brand

Data collected by T3Planet remains strictly within T3Planet.
